In brief

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no content from third-party servers when you visit it. The fonts are hosted on our own server, too. We only process personal data in two cases: when you visit the site (only briefly, to deliver it; we don’t keep logs) and when you join the waitlist.

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

To deliver the site to you, the server processes technically necessary data when you visit it, such as your IP address, the page requested and details of your browser and operating system. This data is only used to deliver the site. We have switched off access logs (log files) with our provider, so they are not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we process your email address and, if you provide them, your view on how important points and rewards in the app would be to you, as well as your child’s age group. We use this information to keep you updated about One Task, and we evaluate the views and age groups in aggregated form to develop the product.

We use the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you receive an email with a confirmation link. You are only added to the list once you click it. We store the time and IP address of your sign-up and confirmation as proof of your consent.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time, using the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing hallo@onetaskband.de. We will then delete your details; we keep the record of your earlier consent only for as long as we are legally required to.

Newsletter service Brevo

For the waitlist, we use Brevo, provided by Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. When you submit the form, your details are sent directly to Brevo and stored there on servers in the EU. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Brevo can record whether an email was opened and which links in it were clicked. We only use this analysis to improve our emails. It is part of your consent; if you don’t want this, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Adults only

The waitlist is aimed at parents and other adults. Please only sign up if you are at least 16 years old. Regarding children, we only ask for the age group – no names or other details.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your message and email address in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Once your enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply, we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we store about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
• have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR) and have its processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
• withdraw your consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

An email to hallo@onetaskband.de is all it takes. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority where you live.
